Be sure to tighten the bolts on that housing evenly, in other words try to pull them down at the same time so you do not stress the housing and crack it. It is cast aluminum. Alternate from one side to the other and pull it down tight evenly. Ask me how I know?

Thanks! Just did mine by following your video. Broke the rubber grommet for the air intake duct support leg....Didn't realize you just pull straight out on the assembly. For anyone reading this it is another plastic pin with a ball end. The rubber grommet that just snaps over the ball. Just like the ones on the top engine cover....

You can use a 1 1/4 wrench for the belt tensioner. The power steering belt is insanely difficult to do by yourself. I have this POS engine on my Mazda. Nothing but problems

New to your channel, any videos for doing a coolant flush on a '16 SEL AWD?

Question for you, I have a 16 SEL AWD with 145k miles and never had this done and looks like an easy-ish DIY. My question is in the links you provided on what to get. The link for the PTU Oil on Amazon says 'Ford Genuine Ford Fluid XY-75W140-QL SAE 75W-140 Synthetic Rear Axle Lubricant'-keyword REAR The link for the Rear Differential Oil on Amazon says 'Genuine Ford Fluid XY-80W90-QL SAE 80W-90 Premium Rear Axle Lubricant'-also says REAR Long story short, they both say for the rear, but isn't one more for the front and the other for the rear? Which is which? Is the PTU for the front and the Rear Diff Oil for the rear obviously (Genuine Ford Fluid XY-80W90-QL SAE 80W-90 Premium Rear Axle Lubricant - 1 Quart a.co/d/i4HKABx) Thanks

On your front dome lights, the base socket the bulb fits in, yours looks like it has a contact on the insides of the plastic socket. On my 04 excursion, they only have a contact on the very outside edge, and the incandescent bulb wires are extended from the bottom of the bulb and pushed out into the side contacts on the bottom. Do you know where to get the updated bulb socket that is more like yours (part number maybe)? I can't drop a standard 921 bulb in there as it wont make contact at all and the wires just break if i try to mimic how the factory ones are. Thanks!

I have an 04 excursion (colorado also!) ive been slowly changing all my lights over on as well, had the same issue with brake and reverse light clips breaking. So far haven't had issues with them working their way lose. However, i do like the LED tail lights you used, may just go that route. No resistors needed or hyperflash issues from what I saw? Also when you go to replace interior bulbs, alot of the tabs that make contact on the bulbs are going to want to break on you as well so be cautious with those.

Great, helpful video. I have a 2017 GC Trailhawk and will be doing this for both diffs. I plan to use Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-90 full synthetic, which contains friction modifiers for my ELSD. Do you see any issues with that? Looks like about 3 quarts should cover both diffs.

I have a '14 ST with about 55k miles. No issues with it whatsoever but I'm looking to change out my spark plugs very soon. If I have no issues with my coils, do you still recommend replacing them?
